About Alexander
Alexander Yuen holds a Master Degree in Psychology from National University of Singapore. Despite having published papers in academic journals and moving steadily in the academia, Alexander decided that he would take the step forward and pursue his dream of being a magician.
He is fascinated by surrealist works of Salvador Dali and Renee Magritte and often using his imagination to create magic routines inspired by surrealism.
Believing that coding and programming could stretch the imagination of his audiences, he taught himself how to program and create magic apps for his performances.
When he is not doing magic, he enjoys coffee (occasionally by the sea), films and books (his favorite at the moment, Murakami - 1Q84).
